At CE Expression, we strive to provide high-quality research products and excellent customer service. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all refund and return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with this policy.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Return Policy.

 

General Return Policy

Because our products are sold strictly for laboratory research purposes, we generally do not accept returns.

However, at our sole discretion, we may authorize the return of certain products that meet all of the following conditions:

• The product is unopened.
• The original tamper-evident seal is intact.
• The product is unused.
• The product is returned in its original packaging.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
• A Return Authorization (RA) has been issued by CE Expression before the product is returned.

Meeting these conditions does not guarantee that a return or refund will be approved.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered solely at the discretion of CE Expression.

If a return is approved, we may issue:

• A refund to the original payment method;
• Store credit; or
• A replacement product, where appropriate.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or as otherwise required by applicable law.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law:

• Opened products
• Products with broken or missing safety seals
• Used products
• Products that have been altered or damaged after delivery
• Clearance or final sale items
• Gift cards (if applicable)
• Products returned without prior authorization

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When submitting a claim, please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product, the packaging, any shipping damage, the shipping label

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to investigate and resolve your claim.

Approved claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

 

Return Authorization

Do not return any product without first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA).

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
• We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

 

Processing Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

 

Refused or Returned Shipments

Orders that are refused, abandoned, returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or otherwise undeliverable may be subject to:

• Return shipping charges;
• Original shipping charges; and
• Any fees incurred by CE Expression as a result of the returned shipment.

Any refund issued for such orders will be determined at our sole discretion and may be reduced by applicable shipping and handling costs.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be subject to this Refund & Return Policy.

 

Research Use Only Products

All products sold by CE Expression are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes.

Because of the specialized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or handled after delivery, except where required by applicable law.

 

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to deny any refund, return, exchange, or replacement request if we reasonably believe:

• Fraud has occurred;
• The request is abusive or excessive;
• The product has been misused;
• The product has been opened or altered; or
• The customer has violated our Terms and Conditions.

 

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Refund & Return Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Except as required by law, this policy constitutes the exclusive remedy for returns and refunds related to products purchased from CE Expression.
